Securities and Exchange Board of India Act 1992

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is the controller for the securities market in the country. In the year of 1992, the SEBI was shaped officially through the Govt of India with SEBI Act 1992 being approved through the Parliament. It located at Bandra East in Mumbai city in Maharashtra state in India. The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act 1992 offers that to defend the interest of stockholders in securities and to encourage the growth of and to determine the securities market through such measures.
