Form: Obtain by post against request accompanied by a demand draft of Rs 600, Rs 300 for SC/ST/PD/female candidates, drawn on any nationalised bank in favour of IIT Madras payable at Chennai to the chairman, HSEE-2007, JEE Office, IIT Madras, Chennai-600036 with two self addressed slips.
Deadline: February 26, 2007 for issuing the form and March 5,2007 for submission.
