You need: Indian national not more than 32 years as on January 1, 2007 in the year of application, five years relaxation for SC and ST and three years for OBC. First class at either masters or bachelors level. Provide a list of publications in support of R and D experience. (i)For engineers, PhD degree in engineering and those who have submitted thesis for PhD may also apply or MTech / ME with minimum two-year R and D experience after obtaining M Tech / ME degree (ii) For scientists, PhD degree in science and those who have submitted thesis for PhD may also apply.
