Two year MSc in Economics and MPhil - 2 years/ PhD - 4 years in development studies at Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai.
You need: For the former, BA/ BSc in Economics/ BCom/ BStat/ BSc in physics or mathemetics)/ BTech/ BE with at least a second division for economics discipline and first division for other disciplines. All students must have studied mthematics at least at the higher secondary level and, for the latter, MA/ MSc in eonomics / MStat / MSc in physics or mathematics or environmental science or operations research/ MBA/ M tech/ ME / BTech/ BE with minimum 55% marks for economics discipline and 60% for other disciplines. All students must have taken mathematics at least at the higher secondary level. Written test on April 29, 2007.
Deadline: March 18,2007 for submission.
