JMET Analysis

JMET is only a qualifying examination. Candidates have to apply separately to the Institutes of their choice. They are also advised to look up the details provided in the online e-brochure about the programmes available in the participating Institutes. There is no limit to the number of programmes a candidate can apply to, so long as he or she meets the eligibility criteria.

Students preparing for JMET 2010 spent quite a few anxious months wondering as to what the pattern could turn out to be. With the IITs specifying that JMET 2010 would be a 180 minute long marathon and the syllabus clearly defined, it was anybody’s guess as to what was in store for them. However the surprise turned out to be a pleasant one as JMET 2010 were nowhere near the much feared JMET papers of yore
