ADMISSION NOTICE FOR DM/ Mch/ MDS 3 Years Course August 2006
The Banaras Hindu University will conduct Admission Test on All India Basis at BHU Varanasi on Sunday the 02nd July, 2006 at 9.00 AM for the following subjects:

1.MCh - Neuro Surgery
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.2006

Important Dates:
Issue of forms from : 17.04.2006 Monday.

2.MCh – Endocrinology
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.2006

3. MCh - Plastic Surgery
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.2006
Last date of receiving requisition for application form by post :15.05.06 Monday

4.MCh - Urology
Eligibility: MS before 31.05.2006
Last date of receiving requisition for application form by post :15.05.06 Monday.

5. DM – Cardiology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.2006

6. DM - Endocrinology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.2006
Last date of issuing application forms from Institute Counter : 20.05.2006 Saturday.

7. DM - Gastroenterology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.2006
Last date of issuing application forms from Institute Counter : 20.05.2006 Saturday.

8. DM - Nephrology
Eligibility: MD before 31.05.2006

9. MDS - Prosthodontics
Eligibility: BDS & 1 year Internship before 31.5.06
Last date of receipt of completed application form by the office of the Director, IMS :29.05. 2006

10. MDS - Operative Dentistry
Eligibility: BDS & 1 year Internship before 31.5.06
Last date of receipt of completed application form by the office of the Director, IMS :29.05. 2006

The sale of application form and information leaflets will start from 17.04.06.
The same can be purchased in person from Institute’s counter or by post after submitting a MICR Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) along with a self addressed envelope of 25x16 cm and a request letter mentioning the appropriate course and full address with contact telephone number.

The envelope must be superscribed as “REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DM/MCh OR MDS AUGUST 2006”.

The completed application form with all enclosures must reach on or before 29.05,06 to:

The MICR Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Director, IMS, BHU” payable at Varanasi of Rs. 1000A/- (One Thousand only) for MDS and Rs. 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred only) for DM/MCh Course (Residency/Sponsored) must accompany the form.
